Das V2-Speed-System ist eine komplette Neuentwicklung aus dem Hause Penzl-Bikes, in der das gesamte Feedback der Kunden, die eigene jahrelange Erfahrung und neue Ideen kompromisslos umgesetzt wurden.
Das patentierte V2-Speed-Kugelventil und damit der erste verstellbare Auspuff ohne störende Auspuffklappe und deren Achse. Das Wegfallen der alten „Butterfly-Klappe“ kommt dem Abgasfluß zugute, indem es chaotische Verwirbelungen im Abgaskanal verhindert. Dadurch wird ein sauberer, gleichmäßiger Abgasstrom garantiert, der die Motorenleistung positiv beeinflusst und das Abstimmen bzw. Mappen der Maschine noch exakter macht.
Komfort und Sicherheit. Das V2-Speed-System kann während der Fahrt mit dem am Lenker montierten Schalter bequem gesteuert werden. Eine dezente LED-Beleuchtung signalisiert den eingelegten Modus. Das Schaltergehäuse ist aus massiven Metall und passt optisch perfekt zu den originalen Armaturen.
Ein neues Feature bietet der „City-Modus“ in dem die Ventilstellung mit wenigen Tastendrücken frei nach eigenem Geschmack programmiert werden kann. Um trotzdem die neuen R.41 Lärmvorschriften einzuhalten, regelt das V2-Speed-System jederzeit innerhalb der zulässigen Toleranzen. Egal ob Sleep-, Highway-, oder City-Modus – das V2-Speed-System ist in jedem Modus legal!
Made in Germany. Die Konstruktion der neuen Baureihe “V2-Speed” erlaubt kürzere Töpfe und den klassischen Anschlusskonus, der mit feinsten Nähten an die Hülle verschweißt wird.
Das Finish der Edelstahlanlage erfolgt entweder als galvanische, hochglänzende Hartverchromung oder als weiteres Highlight, die neue V2-Speed „Black Pearl“ Beschichtung. Die Spezialbeschichtung in schwarz hat eine seidenmatte Struktur und passt perfekt zu den schwarzen Bauteilen von Harley-Davidson. Ausserdem ist die neue V2-Speed “Black Pearl” Beschichtung ein sehr pflegeleichtes und unempfindliches Finish.
Auch unsere Endkappen aus Aluminium werden hochglanz verchromt ausgeliefert. Durch neue technische Möglichkeiten haben wir eine Top-Qualität im Bereich Alu-Galvanik erreichen können.

The V2 speed system is a completely new development from Penzl Bikes, in which all of the customer feedback, years of experience and new ideas have been uncompromisingly implemented.
The patented V2 speed ball valve and thus the first adjustable exhaust without a disturbing exhaust flap and its axis. Eliminating the old "butterfly flap" benefits the flow of exhaust gas by preventing chaotic turbulence in the exhaust duct. This guarantees a clean, even flow of exhaust gas, which has a positive effect on engine performance and makes tuning or mapping the machine even more precise.
comfort and safety. The V2 Speed system can be conveniently controlled while riding with the handlebar-mounted switch. Discreet LED lighting indicates the selected mode. The switch housing is made of solid metal and looks perfect with the original fittings.
The "City mode" offers a new feature in which the valve position can be freely programmed according to your own taste with just a few keystrokes. In order to still comply with the new R.41 noise regulations, the V2 speed system always regulates within the permissible tolerances. It doesn't matter whether it's in sleep, highway or city mode - the V2 speed system is legal in every mode!
Made in Germany. The construction of the new "V2-Speed" series allows shorter pots and the classic connection cone, which is welded to the cover with the finest seams.
The stainless steel system is finished either as a galvanic, high-gloss hard chrome plating or as a further highlight, the new V2-Speed "Black Pearl" coating. The special black coating has a satin finish and goes perfectly with the black components from Harley-Davidson. In addition, the new V2-Speed "Black Pearl" coating is a very easy-care and hard-wearing finish.
Our aluminum end caps are also delivered with a high-gloss chrome finish. Thanks to new technical possibilities, we have been able to achieve top quality in the field of aluminum electroplating.
